SYNERGY · TENDER

RFPs that write themselves — by asking the right questions.

Tender X is an agentic system that interviews your team, designs the structure, and writes the document — every section, every diagram, every evaluation criterion. Publish-ready RFPs in hours, not weeks. Vendors get a public portal. You get AI-scored proposals back.

The problem

Most RFPs are written under deadline, by the wrong person, with the wrong tools.

You know the pattern. Procurement asks engineering for "the requirements." Engineering punts to product. Product asks ops. Ops asks finance. Three weeks later, somebody pastes everything into a Word file and calls it a brief.

The result is the document everyone has read at least once: contradictory sections, missing acceptance criteria, evaluation rubrics invented on the day, and a vendor pool that quotes wildly different prices because nobody could tell what was actually being bought.

The product

Five things happen, in order, without anyone writing a sentence.

Tender X starts from the other end of the usual scramble — it runs the conversation that should have happened on day one, and turns the answers into a document a vendor can actually quote against.
01

Initialize

Reads your project description (or imports a draft Word/PDF), picks the domain, refines the wording.

02

Interview

Asks 8–25 questions tailored to your project, listening for irrelevance and skipping past it.

03

Architect

Designs the table of contents — every section, every subsection. Drag to reorder.

04

Write

Generates HTML for each section in parallel, with diagrams and illustrations where they help.

05

Publish

Public link with a vendor portal, evaluation criteria, and a proposal-scoring engine.

The interview

The questions get better as you answer.

Most "AI form filler" tools ask the same fixed questions of every project. Tender X doesn't. Every round, the AI looks at what you've already said, finds the holes, and writes the next batch to close them. It also listens — flagging contradictions and skipping off-topic answers.

Three things Tender X will not do
× will not

Hallucinate compliance

If GDPR, HIPAA or PCI-DSS aren't in your context, the document will not claim to handle them.

× will not

Repeat itself

Every question references at least one piece of context from earlier rounds. No déjà vu intake.

× will not

Fail silently

If a section can't be produced cleanly, it's flagged for human follow-up — never quietly filled with nonsense.

What's inside

Three agents. One for asking, one for structuring, one for writing.

Tender X splits the work the way a senior consulting team would — a person who asks, a person who organises, and a person who writes. Each agent is specialised for its job, and only its job.
Interviewer

The questioner

Conducts the gap-analysis interview, dynamically generating questions based on what you've already said and what's still missing.

Sample output Q14 · "Given your 5k/day load and ISO-20022 mention — which clearing house do you settle through?"
Architect

The structurer

Designs the table of contents from the gathered context — every section, every subsection, in the right order, with the right depth.

Sample output › 3. Functional req. › 3.1 Origination › 3.2 Decisioning › 3.3 Reporting
Writer

The author

Generates each section's content — full prose with diagrams and illustrations where they help. Sees the full outline so sections stay coherent end to end.

Sample output "The platform shall replace the legacy origination system with a multi-channel intake pipeline supporting 5,000 applications…"
The document

A real editor — not just a preview.

When the writer agent finishes, you don't get a static PDF. You get an editable document inside the same portal — drag-and-drop sections, rich text per section, AI-assisted rewrites, regenerable diagrams, and one-click export.

3 — Functional requirements

The platform shall replace the legacy origination system with a modern, multi-channel intake pipeline supporting 5,000 applications per day at peak. The system must integrate with the existing core-banking platform via the documented ISO-20022 message bus and surface a single applicant view across web, branch, and mobile.

3.1 Core features

The proposed solution must include applicant onboarding, KYC, credit decisioning (manual + automated), document collection, and a borrower portal — each accessible through the same identity layer.

For vendors

A public portal — no login, no friction.

Every published Tender X comes with a public URL secured by a UUID token. Vendors open the link, read the RFP, upload their documents, submit. That's it. Required document types are configurable. Multiple files per proposal. The token is the auth.

Evaluation

Every proposal comes back with a score and a reason.

Tender X doesn't just collect proposals — it grades them. The Interviewer agent runs a second short interview to gather your evaluation criteria; when a vendor submits, the system reads the proposal, scores it against your rubric, and gives you back coverage, per-criterion scoring, strengths, weaknesses, risks, must-have failures, and a recommendation.

Knowledge base

Every tender you ship makes the next one faster.

When you complete a tender, you can promote it into the knowledge base. Tender X extracts the structure, generalizes the content, and ranks the entry against future projects. The architect and writer agents draw on the most relevant entries automatically — and show you why.

Who it's for

Built for the people who actually issue tenders.

Government, enterprise, consultancies, vendors. Tender X meets each group where they are.
§

Government & ministries

Standardizes tender formats, captures audit trail for tender-board reviews, supports Arabic and English in parallel.

Enterprise procurement

Cuts the "pre-RFP" gap-analysis cycle that usually eats 60% of the timeline. The KB compounds across product lines.

Consultancies

One person can run five concurrent tenders. The interview replaces the 90-minute kickoff with the client.

Vendors

Public portal means no account creation, no email-chain hell, and a clear view of what's expected.

Operational details

Operational details that earn trust.

Built for procurement teams that need things to work the first time — and stay working when things get busy.
RESILIENT
Automatic retries

Transient hiccups are handled in the background. Your document keeps drafting.

PARALLEL
Per-section jobs

One section's issue doesn't block the others. The rest keep generating in parallel.

SECURE
Token-secured links

Public portals are reachable only with the unique token you share — no scraping, no guessing.

FLAG
Honest about gaps

If a section can't be produced cleanly, it's flagged for human follow-up — never filled with nonsense.
